This original worker’s cottage kept in the client’s family for over one hundred years, was restored and transformed into a modern home for retirement plans.

Building around the existing underground services was the main challenge collaborating with the architect and civil contractors to achieve a workable outcome during construction. Extending onto the cottage with a sympathetic form and style externally but all modern luxuries inside.
