An iconic Ipswich home “Pen Y Llechwedd”, designed by renowned architect of Ipswich landmarks, George Brockwell Gill, built sometime between 1890 to 1900.
This project undertakes a respectful transformation of this home externally and internally as not to detract from the original character of the home. Pressed metal ceilings, lead light glass, and feature timber mouldings for wall panels make the inside of this existing home one of a kind.
Modernising the footprint into a family home includes some luxuries such as wine cellar, media room, library, pool without pretentious or detracting scale.
