The owners of this beloved “Spanish Mission” style home in Ipswich wanted to keep the essence of the home they fell in love with foremost.

After choosing to double the homes’ footprint with an extension and pool we selected Esther from 4305 design. A rewarding process was followed working collaboratively with the owners/designer, delivering a project that was an expression of the owner’s love for Spanish influenced design and lifestyle.

Working around existing infrastructure, planning and boundary constraints were challenges overcome with little compromise. Low E Glass, Continuous insulation, Recycled hardwood feature timber, Solar HWS and PV Array made for an energy conscious addition. Feature mural by Artist – Drapl.
