We recently posted an in-progress project being undertaken by Thirdson Construction and designed by TMJ Architects and Oliver Mark Interiors (Lloyd Hodgekinson).

“Pen Y Llechwedd”, designed by renowned architect of Ipswich landmarks, George Brockwell Gill, was built sometime between 1890 to 1900.

The renovation, extension and build under is a respectful transformation of this home, maintaining its original character. Pressed metal ceilings, lead light glass, and feature timber mouldings for wall panels make the inside of this existing home one of a kind.

Modernising the footprint into a family home includes some luxuries such as wine cellar, media room, library, pool without pretentious or detracting scale.
